3. Payments and Fees
We may save your credit or debit card information unless you email us at support: hello@msamir.me to say otherwise.
By agreeing to this policy, you confirm you’re legally authorized to use the payment method you provide. For card payments, you confirm you are either the cardholder or have their explicit permission to use the card. We can refuse any transaction or service at our discretion, and we won’t be liable to you or any third party for such refusals or suspensions.
Unless otherwise stated, all fees and payments are in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for all fees, payments, and applicable taxes related to our website and services.

5. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair. Please see the specific terms for each product below.
For The LinkedIn Operating System and The Content Operating System:
- If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a refund.
- All refund requests for these courses must be made within fourteen (14) days of your purchase date.
For The Creator MBA (The CMBA):
- This course has a strict no-refund policy.
- Once you enroll in The Creator MBA, its peer-to-peer Q&A community, or participate in 1:1 coaching with Mohamed, all sales are final, and we cannot offer a refund.
For Sponsorship of The Saturday Solopreneur Newsletter:
- Due to scheduling and reservation of dates, we cannot accommodate cancellations, rescheduling, or offer refunds for any reason on sponsorships of The Saturday Solopreneur Newsletter.
General Refund Process:
To request a refund for eligible courses, please email customer service at support: hello@msamir.me.
- We’ll process your request after we receive it.
- Please allow at least five (5) business days for us to process your refund.
- Refunds may take another 5 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank.

6. General Terms
This Agreement does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship. You confirm you have all necessary permissions to provide us with your personal data to fulfill this Agreement. If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the rest of the Agreement remains enforceable. We can assign this Agreement to another party with notice to you. Headings are for convenience only and don’t limit the scope of any section. If we don’t act on a breach by you, it doesn’t mean we waive our right to act on future breaches. We don’t guarantee that we’ll take action against all breaches of this Agreement.
